These oatmeal toffee cookies are great. They're definitely not a flavor I would bake from scratch so they're perfect to buy. They cook surprisingly well from frozen and turn out perfectly chewy with crispy edges. If these were available at the grocery store I would definitely buy a bag when I went. It's also really nice to make only one or two cookies to help with self control and freshness. The texture is great but they do have just a bit of the gluten free grit but you really have to look for it. Personally, I find it comforting to know that no mistakes have been made.
