There are multiple precautions for zero cross-contamination and every batch of our Gluten-Free Cookie Dough is tested to under 10 ppm gluten. Some of our flavors contain small amounts of Certified Gluten-Free Oats, which are produced in a dedicated Oat Milling Facility with no risk of wheat contamination.

Our cookie dough is for baking only. We know it's temping to eat raw cookie dough and that it probably brings back memories of eating cookie dough out of the mixing bowl as a kid. Even though we source only the highest quality ingredients, raw cookie dough carries the risk of salmonella and E. coli. Bake Home Dough instead and enjoy the warm, ooey gooey goodness.

All of our primary ingredients are certified organic ingredients including eggs, sugar, and flour but we are not certified USDA organic.

Each bag of Home Dough contains 8 large frozen cookie dough pucks which bake into the perfect size cookie. You can purchase each flavor in different bag increments or you can sample each flavor in our Variety Pack.

You can keep Home Dough in the freezer up to 9 months but we doubt anyone's able to resist eating all their cookies well before then.

Traditional store-bought cookie doughs are filled with preservatives, food colorings, artificial ingredients, and in general, low quality ingredients. Some even use canola oil instead of real butter. Home Dough cookie dough are made with Non-GMO, high-quality, organic ingredients; the same ingredients you would use if you made them from scratch.

Shipping our cookie dough requires extra care and cost so that it arrives cold and safe to eat. Every shipment includes an insulated cooler and 10+ pounds of dry ice to ensure your cookie dough stays frozen during transit.

If your cookie dough arrived thawed, send us a message at orders@homedough.com with a picture of your order and we will resend you your order.

We process orders Monday-Thursday. Any orders placed between Thursday-Sunday will ship out on the following Monday. This is because our carriers like UPS and FedEx don't deliver packages on Sundays and your package would just sit in a warehouse all day Sunday with the dry ice melting away. We use Express Frozen Delivery, so once your order ships, it only takes 1-3 days to get to you.

We strive to use eco-friendly materials whenever possible but sometimes it's not feasible. By default, all of our orders ship using 100% recyclable materials. Our eco-friendly insulation can be recycled, disintegrated or burned. During the heat of summer, if we feel our eco-friendly packaging is not enough to keep your cookie dough frozen, we may use a styrofoam container. If you're environmentally conscious, we bet you can find practical uses for these styrofoam containers during the summer.

Our frozen cookie dough makes baking ooey gooey, delicious, homemade cookies so easy. If you have a problem, we will solve it, refund it*, or send you new cookie dough. If you don't love Home Dough, we will refund your order (up to 3 bags). Our Happiness Guarantee is valid for up to 30 days from the order date.

As soon as an order is placed, it is submitted to our Frozen Delivery Partner for fulfillment. Any changes to your order after it is placed will depend on if our Delivery Partner can modify the order before it enters the 'fulfillment' phase.
