Refund policy

Home Dough does not accept returns or offer refunds on any of our food products unless there was an error in the packaging or handling of the order.  If your order arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make a claim with the shipping carrier.  If you received the wrong order, also please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. You can find our contact information in your Order Confirmation email.  

If your package is marked as delivered but you don't have it in your possession, please wait at least three hours before contacting us. We are not responsible for missing orders marked delivered or orders that are delayed because of our shipping partners.  We will do our best to help you resolve these situations with the shipping carriers.  

Refunds, cancellations, or changes to your order are NOT available if your order meets any of these circumstances:

Marked as processing (meaning your order is actively being fulfilled by our frozen shipping partner).
Already in transit (shipping label has been printed or picked up by the carrier)
