Preparation

1. Pre-heat oven to 365° F

2. Place frozen dough on a non-stick or slightly greased cookie sheet or on parchment paper

3. Transfer to oven and bake cookies on the middle rack for 10-12 minutes* (convection ovens) or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown

4. Let the cookies rest on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack

*baking times may vary depending on the oven

Are these safe for Celicas?

Yes! We make our Gluten-Free cookie dough at a Certified Gluten-Free facility that is certified by 'Beyond Celiac' (www.beyondceliac.org). Every batch of Home Dough is tested to 10 ppm gluten (to be labeled GF, you need to be 20 ppm or under). We understand the seriousness of finding safe, trustworthy gluten-free products and are happy to answer any questions at hello@homedough.com

Made in a facility that also produces wheat and gluten?

Our facility also makes our Original, Non-Gluten-Free cookie dough in a separate, larger building. Our Gluten-Free cookie dough is made in a dedicated Gluten-Free zone with multiple cross-contamination measures and tests for even trace amounts of gluten. Our facility exceeds the requirements to be labeled Certified Gluten-Free.

Why Frozen Cookie Dough?

Because frozen cookie dough makes for better cookies! Frozen cookie dough will give your cookies better taste and texture than dough that wasn't frozen. Seriously. Look it up. Or just trust us. Also, it's incredibly convenient. To be able to take a frozen cookie dough puck out of the freezer and have an ooey-gooey cookies in under 15 minutes.... incredible.

Where do you ship?

We use UPS and FedEx EXPRESS FROZEN DELIVERY to the lower 48 states (sorry Alaska and Hawaii). Every shipment includes an insulated cooler and enough dry ice to keep your cookie dough frozen during transit.

When will I get my order?

Our frozen warehouse partner normally fulfills orders placed Monday through Wednesday the following day. Orders placed on Thursday and Fridays are processed the following Monday. Transit time is 1-3 days after the order is shipped. Depending on what day your order is placed, it could take up to 7 days to receive your order.

gluten free goodness

Thoroughly enjoyed 2 of the 3 flavors. The molasses cookie turned out puffier than the other cookies and had a little too much spice for my liking. But the chocolate and toffee cookies were incredible and I would buy them again. Very easy to bake.

Best texture in a gluten free cookie

Chewy with crisp edges - what a pleasant surprise! Nice flavors, I wish they weren’t quite so sweet. I do like being able to bake one or two at a time.

Good cookies. I especially like the ginger, molasses ones. Toffee ones are good but a little too much sweet for more than one at a time. Chocolate chip good also.
